Early Morning Schedule

My day starts bright and early at 6:30 A.M. Our team gathers at the office for a briefing, reviewing work scheduled for the day. We go over new installations, routine maintenance checks, and emergency repair calls. We also discuss any specific client needs and safety precautions.

Heading Out to Service Calls

By 8:00 A.M., I’m in my company van, equipped with all kinds of special tools headed to the day’s first service. I love this part of the morning as I get to interact with our clients, letting them know about the processes and addressing their questions or concerns.

Each job is unique in its own way – with some homes requiring new AC installations, others needing heater repairs, and some just wanting their systems checked before the change in seasons. Regardless, our mission is to ensure our clients experience the utmost comfort in their homes.

Lunch Break and Team Catch-Up

My day usually breaks around 1:00 P.M. for lunch. This is an opportunity to refuel and also chat with fellow members from Long’s Air Conditioning, Inc. We catch up, share experiences, and sometimes give each other tips for tricky repair situations encountered.

Post lunch, we get back on track to service remaining calls for the day. The afternoon might include a complex installation or a challenging repair but I rather enjoy this as it allows me to put my problem-solving skills to the test.

Wrapping Up the Day

By 5:00 P.M., we are usually wrapping up, making sure all tasks for the day have been satisfactorily completed. The evening is also the time to organize tools and equipments, preparing for the next day.

Every day at Long’s Air Conditioning, Inc. is interesting and different, with new challenges and opportunities for growth. Regardless of how tough the day gets, the satisfaction of keeping our clients’ homes comfortable is unmatched. It’s not just a job. It’s a mission that we take pride in!
